Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP): Ensuring Quality and Safety
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is a system comprising processes, procedures, and documentation designed to ensure that industrial products, such as cosmetics and pharmaceuticals, are consistently manufactured and controlled in accordance with defined quality standards.
GMP addresses and oversees every aspect of the industrial process to mitigate risks to products, such as cross-contamination, tampering, and labeling errors.
As part of its continuous development strategy, VITAESSENCES has been GMP certified (ISO 22716) since January 2024.
The purpose of this certification and the implementation of a quality management system compliant with ISO 22716 in our organization is to enhance the safety and quality of our cosmetic products throughout the supply chain—from raw material producers to manufacturers of finished cosmetic products, including design, formulation, manufacturing, packaging, storage, and shipping.
This certification confirms that every step of our process is carried out safely, hygienically, and responsibly.
At VITAESSENCES, adhering to and applying this standard throughout the manufacturing process is a priority, ensuring the success of our brand.
